- available for 24 hours per week (Including Mondays and Fridays)?


The ideal candidate meets the above requirements and is also a spontaneous (yet discreet) colleague. You will work together with the other receptionist at our front office and offer support to colleagues or clients.

No two days are the same. On arrival, you check the office and the kitchen to ensure everything is in the perfect order. Agenda management is in your DNA and you get energy from being well-prepared for the day ahead.

You order the groceries (coffee, tea and lunches). You know how to efficiently process mail and courier items. You can easily switch between answering the phone and filing. You also know how to support the suppliers and keep your colleague well informed about your work.

Alter Domus Netherlands currently employs around 55 colleagues who like to work hard, but there is also room for fun! These 55 colleagues are urgently looking for someone to come and support them.
