You will be part of a team that provides legal, regulatory, compliance, and company secretarial services to Alter Domus clients, primarily dealing with compliance and company secretarial assignments with a focus on trusts and transaction monitoring for our client portfolio and new client engagements, as well as the formation of new structures in Malta, mainly in the private equity, real estate, and debt capital markets sectors, and tailored administration solutions across a range of industries. You will be responsible for assisting in the following areas, among others:

Job Description:

- Documenting internal and external controls; compliance to rules and regulations
- Analysing, documenting, and evaluating internal treasury processes
- Supporting on align and implement global processes by involving all relevant stakeholders and taking local requirements into account
- Support on managing the administration of bank loans, reporting to stakeholders and monitoring of obligations across the group
- Support and execute specific treasury and cross-functional change projects 


-You have very good knowledge of Excel and Word; 

-Knowledge of SAP will be considerate as a strong asset;  

-You are fluent in English; 

-You have strong organisation skills and meticulous; 

-You think outside the box with a high element of pro-activeness; 

-You are willing to be part of a fast growing international work environment.
