Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease; ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Provide general support to visitors
Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Coordinate meeting room schedules and bookings
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Maintain a hygienic, safe and secure working environment
Support Senior Managers in areas such as expense claims and travel arrangements

Minimum 2 years working experience as receptionist or in the office administration field

Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
Hardworking, meticulous and responsible.
Good command of written and spoken English is a must, French or Asian languages would be an advantage
Good command of MS applications especially excels and PowerPoint
General accounting knowledge is a plus
