Job Description
Process/enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions and valuations) for clients into a workflow/performance system
Prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
Reconcile agreed-upon metrics including unfunded, IRR, and MOIC and exchange data flows with Client’s platforms
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to the clients
Onboard, train and help with performance reviews for direct reports
Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs; onboard new clients/historical data
Analyze and onboard new Clients’ dataset;
Be an expert in alternative investments data management and portfolio reporting;
Assist with portfolio analysis and monitoring, risk management and reporting and prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
Review client net worth reports to ensure alternative data entered by the team is accurate
Assist clients in report design and improvement
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to the clients
Qualifications/Requirements
Microsoft Suite experience, including use of Excel
Highly organized and proactive, with follow-through on commitments
Personal and professional integrity
Strong work ethic, responsiveness and passion for customer service and quality
Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with team members and manager remotely
Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback and review comments on work prepared
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance (or Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics or other similar education)
3-4 years Finance Operations (or other similar experience)
Fund Accounting/Alternative Investment experience is a plus but not required
