YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
An opportunity has arisen to join Alter Domus growing and dynamic People Team. As part of an international team, the individual will be joining the People Services team of the company. As People Services Officer you shall be assigned the following tasks:
• Administrating Employee Life cycle activities i.e. absence management, employee details acting as owner of certain policies and procedures.
• Act as the 1st point of contact for staff queries on administrative matters for a set of our APAC offices.
• Your role will focus on using technology, automation and the functionalisation of core processes to ensure the seamless migration of work to drive improvements in service to deliver a superb employee experience.
• Support other People colleagues during busy periods of the year.
• Be involved and participate in ad hoc projects and activities with scope of leading or acting as main People Services representative.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• 1-3 years of experience in People Services and/or people operations function, preferably within an international context.
• Experience of reviewing, diagnosing and executing core processes using tools and technology to improve service delivery.
• You will have a high attention to detail.
• Proven track record in ability to manage high workload under tight deadlines at certain times.
• Strong computer literacy particularly in MS Excel (Lookup Functions, Pivots etc.).
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement.
• Experience of working with People Services systems would be a plus.
• You demonstrate high integrity and ethics in particular when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information.
