We are currently looking for a FP&A Senior Officer to support the FP&A function of this growing, tech-enabled global group. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Senior Manager, this role is ideal for an ambitious professional with the ability to add genuine commercial insight in a high-growth sector.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to business partner with overhead functions and provide them with adequate monthly reporting and assist the Commercial Finance Senior Manager with the overall budget process. The FP&A Senior Officer sits on our Global Finance Leadership Team and is a prominent face of Finance to the wider business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performance Management and Reporting:
- Assist in the Preparation and delivery of monthly performance reporting to Group stakeholders and investors, including flash reporting, monthly packs and ad hoc analysis
- Business partner with the heads of overhead functions and cost center owners to ensure quality of information and enable thorough, rigorous and consistent cost control
- Partner with regional controllers and the head of financial reporting to build a broad consensus around the quality of financial reporting
- Deliver routine and ad hoc data to stakeholders to enable decision support, including our investors, regions, support functions, sales / marketing and others
Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist the FP&A Team in the annual budget cycle.
- Taking ownership of the budget of some overhead functions.
- Taking ownership of uploading budget data into BI.
- Embed and lead a culture of continuous performance awareness, with a fluency for risks and opportunities to performance expectations
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have 2+ years of experience in FP&A and/or finance functions, multinational business experience is preferred
- Fluent in data and able to find the story in the numbers and then explain to financial and non-financial executives You have been involved in the annual budget process
- Experienced in financial disciplines, with appropriate accounting qualification
- Experience of systems and process change requirements.
- Fluent in English
