We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury and Loan Management Officer to oversee and manage the company’s treasury operations, loan-related activities, and financial reporting processes. This role involves working with SAP Treasury Management (TRM), ensuring accuracy in loan and interest positions, reconciling intercompany accounts, and supporting shareholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post all flows and interest related to SAP Treasury Management (TRM)
  • Ensure all loan and interest positions are accurately reflected in SAP FI (S4HANA CLOUD)
  • Generate and post cash flows, interest repayments, and coupon payments
  • Post all flows and calculate interest on current account balances, uploading and posting the data in SAP
  • Upload bank statements from local banks not yet integrated with multibanking connectivity.

Intercompany and Reconciliations:

  • Post pending intercompany transactions to current accounts (TPOH).
  • Support intercompany reconciliations, including:
    • Reconciliation of bank statements with SAP FI records.
    • Reconciliation of Treasury Management (TRM) data with SAP FI (Financials).

Loan Management and Reporting:

  • Prepare loan schedules for each loan and legal entity.
  • Conduct monthly documented analytical reviews to verify loan and interest positions within and outside the AD Group.
  • Prepare loan-related inputs for the monthly shareholder reporting decks.
  • Maintain ownership of monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for all loan-related accounts.
  • Draft financing-related financial statement (FS) disclosures at the consolidated level, and statutory disclosures where necessary.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve processes related to SAP Treasury and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in treasury accounting and loan administration as well as financial reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Treasury Management (TRM) and SAP FI S4HANA CLOUD
  • Proficiency in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detai
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of intercompany reconciliation processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with shareholder reporting and financial statement disclosures.
  • Experience with bank statement uploads and multibanking platforms.
