JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer with local reporting line into Regional Director for APAC, the Head of Sales North Asia will work to define and execute the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for North Asia - based prospects across all asset classes. Specifically, you will:

  • Be accountable for driving and delivering anambitious sales target underpinned by a centralised sales and growth plan to help Alter Domus achieve its commercial objectives for the North Asia countries.
  • Build and manage the sales funnel, including forecasting, reporting, and maintaining a regular review cadence.
  • Ensure a consistent, strategic approach to creating actionable insights by the use of the CRM to record interactions, contact information, and key details.
  • Proactively build your internal and external business networks, driving personal and business growth through a commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Collaborate / coordinate with other sales professionals and Country Executives at regional level to effect multi-jurisdictional sales opportunities across the region.
  • Lead our efforts to engage and grow the network of business feeders and intermediaries. Map our touch points and coordinate our forward strategy across local and regional markets to expand our pipeline of target opportunities.
  • Lead new client pitches collaborating with internal product and other internal teams to deliver competitive advantage.
  • Be accountable for the scoping, costing and initial client-onboarding activities for prospects and new clients.
  • Keep watch on local and international regulatory updates that affect the industries our clients operate in.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and deliver insight and thought leadership on market trends to anticipate future client needs.
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to our people, clients, and customers to embed the Alter Domus Values and to promote our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.
  • Ensure the company maintains the highest Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) standards.

PROFILE:

  • A proven track record in driving sales and revenue targets within the alternative assets or adjacent sectors.
  • You have first class communication and presentation skills (active listening, storytelling, presentation skills, social selling).
  • You are autonomous, have strong organisational skills (time management, planning, accuracy in documenting client activities).
