YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- You perform implementation and administration of holding, financing, real estate or Private Equity/Debt companies
- You handle the day-to-day operations of companies at the client’s premises
- You keep company books and prepare periodic reports
- You maintain contact with auditors when applicable
- You are a key member of the client’s reporting pool
- You take part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
- You maintain the relationship with the clients
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent and accounting/tax compliance of corporate entities (SPV’s)
- Experience with Consolidation, IFRS reporting and use of eFront software is an asset.
- Experience using eFront or other fund administration IT systems.
- Accounting and Legal background is a must.
- You are fluent in English
- You can act on your own initiative, lead a team of fund administration professionals, and be able to give them training either on the job or in a classroom setting.
