Job DESCRIPTION:

You will be part of the Regulatory team and you will be take charge of: 

• Appointed MLRO for Funds/SPVs in scope
• Principal point of contact for the business and manage enquiries
• Support with day-to-day responsibilities to include, investor and investment KYC oversight
• Support with the preparation of quarterly and annual reports to include with liaising with internal and external teams providing KYC and transfer agency services
• Assisting the Head of Regulatory services in day-to-day management and ensuring a high-quality service for all of our clients
• Direct liaison with our Clients and/or their delegates
• Review and presentation to Boards of funds
• Ensuring the Funds meet regulatory reporting deadlines and file appropriately
• Assist with completing a gap analysis of the legal entity documentation and the regulatory requirements
• Monitor the regulatory landscape using the Regulatory Watch technology to keep abreast of new and amended regulations
• Support new business proposals and acts as Product Lead
• Maintain training material and template documentation

Your PROFILE:

• You hold a degree in regulatory law or Compliance;
• You must have at least 5 years’ experience in Compliance or have a strong MLRO background (preferably in European regulatory domiciles – Luxembourg and Ireland);
• You show high interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
• Very good communications skills;
• You are fluent in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
• You like working in a team and you are able to think outside of the box;
• You are a results-oriented person;
• You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
