JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, Data & Analytics, Alter Domus is seeking a new business hunter to sell its Credit & Risk Analytics product/services suite to Commercial Banks, Credit Unions, and public market lenders in North America.
  • You will actively network with C-Suite, EVP, and SVP-level client prospects to create, and manage, sales opportunities from opportunity discovery to contract close.
  • You will drive and participate in sales and contracting activities with new clients
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
    • Respond to RFPs and inbound leads
    • Organize product demos and Proof-of-Value motions
    • Create sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms
    • Liaise with AD-Legal as the central point for redline reviews through deal execution
  • You will support existing client relationships and renewal management as needed.
  • You will serve as the segment commercial lead and will manage the partner-relationship with the internal business leadership.
  • As a secondary function, you will support opportunities with private market participants as needed.
  • You will promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, clients, and customers.
  • You will travel regularly for prospective client meetings.

PROFILE

  • Minimum 8+ years of direct outside sales experience complemented by measurable success targeting the lending industry.
  • Large and strong relationship network with Commercial Banks and/or Credit Unions
  • Strong commercial and networking skills to identify, target, and build client pipelines with the ability and credibility to open doors across the sector.
  • Experience and proven track record in selling and demoing SaaS-based solutions and/or quantitative models.
  • Knowledge or direct experience in commercial credit, credit risk, ALM, finance/accounting, stress testing, and/or CECL/IFRS9
  • Experience in active sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
  • Superior business insight, client presentation skills, and commercial acumen
  • Minimum educational attainment of a bachelor’s degree.
