Reporting to the APAC Academy Senior Manager, The Academy Partner will coordinate, design and deliver training solutions aligned with the needs of the business and in line with the Academy Roadmap. Once deployed, the Academy Partner will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and facilitation of the Academy curricula and programming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, deploy and review the onboarding training, ensuring new joiners have an outstanding experience and acquire the skills, knowledge and behavior required to successfully perform their roles.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of professional and technical curricula, in partnership with the business and SME’s (Academy Champions) to ensure content and methodology are fit for purpose.
- Support knowledge transfer program, ensuring new employees acquire the knowledge required to support business activities migrated from other global offices.
- Support the annual training needs analysis and define the yearly training plan to effectively build capability and drive employee’s speed to competency.
- Deliver high-impact, interactive in-person, and virtual training sessions.
- Support training projects, delivering according to clear timelines through all project phases, communicate with key partners and stakeholders, and set proper measurement for successful implementation.
- Review, update, and improve current training content to reflect changes, updates to learning paths, and system releases.
- Develop professional and collaborative relationships with Academy team members, Human Resources Advisors, HR Operations team, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Monitor, review and take action to improve employee engagement, focusing on professional growth as a key performance indicator
YOUR PROFILE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills for creating compelling and effective presentations.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Capability to work efficiently, effectively, and adaptively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members across different time zones.
- Strong resilience and assertiveness.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences (trainees, department heads, vendors, etc.).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Asian or Indian languages is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in developing and facilitating training programs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
