JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administration of candidate pre-employment and Employee Life cycle activities i.e. employment contract creation, background check, absence management, employee details.
Resolution of employee and candidate queries on administrative matters.
Lead HR Projects and proactively contribute to group wide initiatives/projects.
Your role will focus on using technology, automation and the functionalisation of core processes to ensure the seamless migration of work to drive improvements in service to deliver a superb candidate and employee experience.
Act as the First Point of Escalations of HR related issues providing best in class customer service to all employees and candidates.
Risk and Control Management – proactively identify risks and propose/implement controls and improvements to mitigate them.
Maintain accurate data and records to ensure we are fully compliant for auditing purposes.
Tracking and reporting of all pre-employment and Employee Life cycle activities according to agreed SLAs.
Administration of immigration activities which include work permit, visa administration.
YOUR PROFILE:
2 to 4 years’ experience in HR Administration or People Operations function preferable within international context.
Fluent in English is required.
Bachelor degree (ideally in HR, Policy administration or other related field is an advantage).
High attention to detail combined with computer literacy (Strong Excel, MS Words and data tools).
Experience of working with HR systems would be considered as advantage.
Ability to prioritize tasks when working with high volume of assignments.
Positive attitude and good communication skills, specifically ability to communicate effectively across boarder and timezone
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, as well as work productively as part of a team environment.
Prior experience in HR administration and/or people operations function – advantage.
Project management skills and experience would be considered as advantage.
