The Network & Security engineer will be responsible for the following activities: 

  • Maintaining data networks (Cisco, Dell), Wi-Fi networks (Cisco WLC), next generation firewalls (Check Point). 
  • Troubleshooting network incidents and problems. Maintaining SLAs by effectively prioritizing and managing issues. 
  • Day to day user access request review and implementation (Check Point, Zscaler). 
  • Infrastructure monitoring and proactive optimization to improve network reliability and performance.  
  • Securing network system by enforcing security policies, performing configuration review/audit, defining and monitoring access. 
  • Coordinating field engineers, vendors and third parties to facilitate and speed up problem resolution. 
  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams. 
  • Helping implement and improve processes. 

Your profile: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • 3 years + of experience as a Network Engineer. 
  • Strong TCP/IP network and security fundamentals. CCNP certified or equivalent experience level. 
  • Cross platform knowledge and experience to design, configure and troubleshoot WAN/LAN/WLAN technologies in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of advanced services and protocols: high availability, load-balancing, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, VoIP. 
  • Hands on experience in implementing and managing next generation firewalls. Ability to implement and troubleshoot Firewall policies and IPsec VPNs. Knowledge of proxy solutions/web filtering, end-user VPN solutions. Strong preference to Check Point skills, certification is a plus.  
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, WLC. 
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Windows Technologies, O365. 
  • Be familiar with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure concepts. 
  • Being familiar with ITIL framework and experience in ticket management and associated workflows. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
