Alter Domus is currently seeking a Technology Product Senior Manager for their investor digital subscription application.  As the Technology Product Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the digital subscription services.  You will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our digital subscription tool, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving operational efficiencies.  Your expertise will guide the product development team to create industry-leading solutions that delight our customers. 

Key responsibilities 

• Product Strategy:  Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the digital subscription tool, aligning with the wider investor experience, company’s overall goals, and market demands.  

• Requirements Gathering:  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear and actionable product features and specifications.   

• Product Development:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers to drive the development and deployment of the tool.  

• User Experience:  Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that the digital subscription tool provides intuitive experiences for our customers.  

• Market Research:  Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.  

• Metrics and Analysis:  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to monitor the success of the digital subscription tool, making data-backed decisions for product improvements.  

• Stakeholder Communication:  Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.  

• Compliance and Security:  Ensure that the digital subscription tool complies with relevant regulations and security standards, working closely with legal and security teams. 

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field 

• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in Investor Servicing or related industries 

• Strong understanding of investor onboarding process and market trends 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely 

• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools 

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
