Business Office Services International provides an international clientele with offices and quality business services.
Business Office Services provides fully equipped offices in Luxembourg, in three business parks close to the city centre, thereby relieving clients of all daily secretarial and logistical tasks.
Our main objective is to enable our clients to concentrate exclusively on their business, in a comfortable, functional environment.
We are seeking: A Business Center - Associate / (f/m)
Your position:
As an Associate, you will work as part of a team at Front Desk and Back Office being in charge of:
- Welcoming clients, visitors, colleagues and suppliers, in a friendly and professional way;
- Managing all incoming, post mail, parcels, calls and emails requests;
- Preparing and managing the meeting rooms requests;
- Assisting internal and external clients on secretarial tasks;
- Handling client request in an efficient, fast and polite manner;
- Able to work under stress situations (internet breakdown, complaints, etc.), to guarantee a good follow up and keep a professional image of the company.;
- Assist the Senior Associates and Managers in any specific back office task.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of any other EU languages as German will be considered as an asset;
- You have good command of the Microsoft Office package;
- You are client oriented, rigorous and you like to take initiatives and challenges;
- You demonstrate a strong team spirit, excellent coordination and organizational skills as well as a high degree of autonomy;
- You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills;
- Diplomacy, stress resistance and discretion are essential qualities;
- Information technology (IT troubleshooting) competence and hotel service experience will be an asset.
