Description Du Poste:
- Vous aurez la reponsabilité d'un portefeuille de clients (fonds et/ou holding de Private Equity), et agirez en tant que premier point de contact opérationnel avec la société de gestion;
- Vous serez l'interface entre le management et les équipes juniors, vous prendrez en charge la qualité des prestations fournies;
- Vous serez responsable de la revue des livrables avant soumission aux managers;
- Vous aurez l'opportunité de développer vos compétences techniques.
Vos Responsabilités Inclueront:
- La prise en charge des opérations quotidiennes des Fonds et l'interaction avec les parties tierces, notamment la société de gestion, les dépositaires et les investisseurs;
- L'analyse des documents juridiques liés aux opérations des fonds (passif/actif) et leur enregistrement en comptabilité;
- La comptabilité des fonds/holdings en French GAAP comprenant la production des états financiers, l'établissement et la transmission des Statistiques Banque de France ainsi que l'établissement des déclarations fiscales (liasses fiscales...) pour les holdings/GP;
- La préparation de la valeur liquidative par part des Fonds;
- L'assistance et le suivi de l'audit par les commissaires aux comptes;
- L'établissement de reportings investisseurs (notices d'appel et de distribution, capital account...) et de reportings liés aux fonds (ratio Directive Epargne...);
- La préparation et l'envoi des notices d'appels de fonds ou de distribution (y compris calcul du montant à appeler/distribuer) en coordination avec la société de gestion;
- La supervision technique, la revue, le coaching et la formation des collaborateurs juniors.
Votre Profil:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un BBA, d'un Master ou d'un diplôme universitaire comptable et financier niveau BAC + 3 à BAC + 5 ou du DCG;
- Vous avez entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité ou en audit des fonds de Private Equity ou Immobiliers;
- Vous disposez de bonnes qualités de communication écrite et orale en Francais et en Anglais;
- Vous possédez l'esprit d'équipe, la capacité à construire des relations fortes avec les clients et aimez prendre des initiatives.
