We are looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer - Vendor Risk to join our growing Operational Resilience Team. As a key member of the team, supporting the Groups Risk function, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, across various departments and throughout the firm to ensure Alter Domus’ resilience through an effective control environment. This will provide you with the visibility and the opportunity to build your role further within the Group. Broader responsibilities of the team include the following but is not limited:

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the development and maintenance of a robust, lean, and effective Third-party Risk Management Framework. Applying a pragmatic approach that harmonizes with the Global AD operating model, delivers commercial value, and supports clients’ needs. 
  • Oversight of security controls relating to 3rd party suppliers (including internal technology suppliers) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.  
  • Conduct regular due diligence assurance of material 3rd party suppliers, leading formal and informal risk assessments.  
  • Identify, assess, and report on threats, vulnerabilities and opportunities impacting the AD operational resilience.  
  • Review supplier agreements to ensure compliance with risk framework.   
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal staff to develop incident response plans and coordinate actions in the event of a supplier breach or material service disruption.  
  • Coordinating and supporting delivery of Management Information packs for the Board and the Risk Committee reporting (including KRIs and KPIs). 
  • Any other projects / tasks assigned by the reporting manager. 


YOUR PROFILE:

Preferred skills and qualifications: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. 
•    Work experience (1-2 years) in the field of Risk Management would be an advantage. 
•    Familiarity with Information Security and Technology risks in a regulated environment. 
•    Exposure to IT processes and controls and Change Management.   
•    Proficient in using Microsoft office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
•    Willingness to learn and develop Project Management skills. 
•    Ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations. 
•    Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic 
•    Eagerness to collaborate with team members.

Monthly salary gross: starting from 1760 EUR. The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and interview results.
