For our Group Procurement department, we are currently looking for a talented Procurement Manager. We offer a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Category Sourcing Strategy ownership for IT Software and services:
- Detailed spend, market and business analysis
- Development of category strategies and preferred suppliers leveraging the wider AlterDomus organization
- Build/maintain sustainable supplier partnership relationships
- Effective cost / vendor management for IT Software and Services:
- Responsible for the negotiation of competitive price for regional and global purchase.
- Vendor performance management to ensure sustainable supply and service quality
- Partner with key IT and other business stakeholders to:
- Develop category strategies and supply bases that are aligned to the needs of the business and the annual operating plan
- Identify and deliver productivity opportunities.
- Be responsible for delivering a compliant procurement process
- Lead and manage complex tenders (even in a quasi-monopoly case)
- Ensure effective contract management, suppliers’ performance and service level.
- Provide regular financial forecasts and productivity tracking.
- Develop strategic vendors’ relationship at the senior account management levels within an IT supplier base mainly located in EMEA & US East Coast.
- Manage projects and communication with AlterDomus’ senior stakeholders and budget holders (mostly Directors and C-Level).
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have minimum 5 or 7 years of experience in a procurement/sales function with IT procurement skills and/or alternatively with an IT/Software sales background in a multi-national company.
- You possess excellent written and oral skills in English (French Language is a bonus)
- You are a strong team player, able also to lead and work on your own in your assigned project.
- Being able to report accomplishment vs objectives.
- You have a solid knowledge of negotiations for IT and services contracts.
- You have the ability to communicate adequately with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have effective interpersonal skills: excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to develop credible business relationships with stakeholders.
- You are very organized and able to conduct multiple projects in parallels. You are also able to determine prioritization and approach based on business urgency.
- You are results and action orientated: ability to implement and drive projects, processes and improvement.
- Tooling experience expected: MS Office in general, particular attention to Microsoft Excel competencies (Report, Pivot, cross table, macro…, BI in general, SharePoint portals, SAP, Spend Mapping platforms).

Salary: We offer a gross monthly salary of 3,500 to 5,600 EUR depending on experience.
