Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding Management

· Own and execute client onboarding work plans, timelines and delivery for Alter Domus clients across product segments: Real Assets, Private Debt, Private Equity

· Coordinate compliance and asset related documentation from client, KYC/AML checks, account setup, between client and internal parties

· Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

· Partner with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve onboarding issues

· Escalate and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks with urgency and professionalism

· Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and issue resolution across stakeholders

· Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and transparency

· Partner with delivery teams to automate and streamline onboarding tasks

Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding

· Collaborate with relationship managers, fund accountants, account managers, and compliance teams to align on client needs

· Ensure clear communication and accountability

· Collaborate with Business Unit leaders, onboarding leadership, legal and compliance teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and support for onboardings

Client Experience & Communication

· Deliver proactive updates and manage client expectations throughout onboarding

· Ensure clients are educated on platform features, reporting tools, and support channels


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field

· 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations, or client service (preferably in financial services or fintech)

· Interested in learning about client onboarding specifics: KYC/AML, account documentation, and operational workflows

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and client-first mindset

· Detail-oriented, and self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Experience with CRM or project management tools

· Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset

· PMP or other project management certification is a plus

budget salary for this role 85,000-100,000
