JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Head of Business Management & Transformation, the Business Consultant Manager will be a critical leader to drive the advancements in our ability to measure and monitor the operational effectiveness of our organization (within the COO organization and potentially beyond). The Manager will be responsible for helping operational leaders transform raw data into insights that shape business decisions.   

This role is key in driving superior and measurable improvements in business outcomes for AD and clients to support the ambitious growth objectives of the firm.  Specifically, you will:

  • Develop a small team of global professional to support the mission of the COO organization
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports (leveraging PowerBI in the first instance) through a balanced scorecard approach as to understand the complete makeup of organizational and operational efficiency – financial, human capital, risk, operational KPIs (e.g., onboarding efficiency, functional operations efficiency, etc.)
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand data needs
  • Support the development and definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the business
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop and lead a framework and approach to identifying, prioritizing and delivery of continuous improvement, led by data driven insights and system to system integration, thus minimizing the nature of manual work and data capture
  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain extensible data models with a focus on automation and integration
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within BI systems

Profile

  • At least 8+ years of proven experience in a consulting or services business with a track record of metrics development and transformation
  • A hands-on individual that can not only support and mentor but also execute and lead from the front
  • A demonstrated track record of implementing and managing KPI-driven initiatives with extensive experience in servicing operating models and the use of global service delivery centers
  • A deep understanding of the creation of robust service level agreements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder managements skills to effectively collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with BI technologies such as MS Power BI, Tableau, and other BI applications to create advanced data visualizations
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and designing and building solutions to meet those requirements
  • Strong experience sourcing, integrating, and warehousing data from disparate data sources (Cloud and on-premise relational databases, APIs, files of varying formats)
  • Experience in designing, building, and deploying ETL/Data Integration solutions
  • Ability to evaluate and improve existing solutions, including:
    • ETL processes
    • Databases
    • Reporting platforms
  • Ability to monitor data quality and accuracy
  • Strong experience modelling data for both transactional and reporting systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting Bl systems and processes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience training technical and non-technical users on BI tools

Salary Range

Salary for this role ranges from $87,500 to $145,000 depending on skills and experience.
