Your role
The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for clients across all asset classes.
Your responsibilities
• Assist in achieving sales targets as part of a centralized sales and growth plan to help Alter Domus meet its commercial objectives in North America.
• Build and maintain internal and external business networks, fostering personal and business growth through collaboration and teamwork.
• Develop and nurture relationships with business partners and feeders, identifying new business leads in local and international markets to create a pipeline of target opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal product and other teams on client pitches to enhance competitive advantage.
• Support the scoping, costing, and initial client onboarding activities for prospects and new clients.
• Stay informed on local and international regulatory updates that impact the industries our clients operate in.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights on market trends to anticipate future client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data for effective forecasting and reporting by utilizing standard sales tools and processes.
• Record key contract information, interactions, activities, and other relevant details about accounts or opportunities diligently.
• Promote and embody the Alter Domus brand and culture, acting as an ambassador to our people, clients, and customers while upholding the Alter Domus Values.
Your profile
• A proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets within asset classes (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including active listening, storytelling, and negotiation.
• Self-starter capable of organizing daily sales activities and working independently.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
