JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a BI Engineer, you will unify enterprise analytics solution working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive performance:

• Design and develop BI solutions – Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence purposes, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
• Build and optimize data models - Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with different stakeholder - gate requirements, identify better metrics to report effectively, gather and validate BI requirements.
• Interpret complex datasets - Identify trends, patterns, and insights for key business decisions
• Create dashboards and reports for various business units, ensuring clarity and usability
• Ensure data governance and quality standards - Uphold across all reporting assets.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting - Identify and troubleshoot BI system and resolve any data discrepancies.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development with demonstrated success in delivering impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, …) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and big data technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speech
• Strong knowledge with query languages (T-SQL, KQL, ..)
