JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Workflow Program Manager at Alter Domus, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of workflow initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that workflow solutions align with business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in managing multiple projects, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on workflow initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, processes, and project deliverables, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports
  • Help in creating program update for Steerco and other executive presentation
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing workflow programs or projects, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial services industry is a plus.
