WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a dynamic junior marketeer to support the growth of our marketing function. This role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to grow their technical skills across the full marketing mix, as well as provide an invaluable level of data analysis and insight to the wider commercial team.
As well as producing reports based on our internal data, you will also be responsible for researching and reporting on market competitors, industry trends and customer profiling. The role requires a strong understanding of how granular data analysis and reporting feeds up to wider commercial objectives and strategic decision-making.
In addition, the person in this role will have the opportunity to support on event planning, budget, vendor and invoice management as well as the delivery of our overall marketing plans. Some travel may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from marketing campaigns and the conference and event program globally.
- Extracting data from multiple sources including Salesforce, LinkedIn, SEM Rush and other platforms, and the synthesizing diverse data points into presentable, digestible graphs, charts and presentations.
- Reporting findings to key stakeholders.
- Tracking and measuring key performance indicators such as website traffic, social media engagement and conversation rates.
- Using data-driven insights to provide recommendations for campaigns and strategies, ensuring a ROI.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Utilising analytics tools and software such as Google Analytics and Excel to track campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and standardize reporting processes across the organization across the marketing team and wider commercial function.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties.
- An understanding of Salesforce.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Willingness to learn and further develop within sales operations field of expertise.
