JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Employer Brand, the Executive Communications Manager is accountable forcoordinating and delivering Alter Domus's strategic communications to all employees, as well as corporate messages in line with our strategy, on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Group Executive Board (GEB).

Specifically, you will;

  • Work directly with the CEO to proactively build an annual communication plan, establishing a regular cadence and “drumbeat” of communications that will deliver executive, commercial and business updates to ensure employees understand the vision, mission and commercial objectives for Alter Domus.
  • Deliver an over-arching and compelling strategic communications framework and supporting core messaging aligned to the 2028 roadmap to ensure all employees understand the ambitious growth objectives for Alter Domus.
  • Develop positive relationships with the Group Executive Board and leaders across the organization to grow coverage of Alter Domus and to inform, inspire and engage employees at all levels across the Group, delivering critical business and organisational updates. 
  • Define clear “personas” to enable a consistent “tone of voice” and ensure communications are consistent, timely and transparent. You will be accountable for writing both internal and external messages as required.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for media communications and PR to ensure all company messages are consistent and on brand, all aiming at increasing awareness of the Alter Domus Group, its products, services and career opportunities.
  • Keep watch on business and talent competitors’ activity, delivering market insight to ensure Alter Domus is differentiated in the market directly through the quality and consistency of its external and internal communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with the People Team and Marketing to foster strong partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines as well as the consistent integration of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and corporate values.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset as a member of the Internal Communications & Employer Branding (IC&EB) team by aligning and synchronizing your executive communications with the team’s internal editorial lines, employee communications and social media initiatives.

Qualifications and Profile:

  • A strong academic background with superb written and verbal communication skills.  Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required and an additional European language would be an advantage.
  • A track record of building and deploying internal communications plans with experience of writing strategic business and technical/complex messages.
  • Prior PR or Corporate Communications experience gained within a financial/professional services context and/or with or within a listed company.
  • Technical skills across different internal and external platforms and tools including experience in creating SharePoint sites, microsites and video tools.
  • Project management experience and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • You will possess a strategic mindset that enables you to articulate complicated concepts with confidence to a diverse senior internal client group.
  • Strong external/market awareness, networks and an understanding of broader human capital trends, challenges and opportunities.
