You will be responsible for technical implementation, and continuous optimisation of these systems, ensuring reliable operations while driving meaningful improvements in efficiency, automation, and data quality. This is a delivery‑focused role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and enabling Finance teams through modern technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‑on technical support across SAP S/4HANA and other Finance platforms
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain core Finance systems and integrations
  • Build and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and external applications
  • Develop and maintain Python and .NET based applications that embed AI and automation to improve Finance operations
  • Translate Finance requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Manage change requests, releases, and deployment activities
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit standards
  • Monitor system health, optimise performance, and resolve issues proactively
  • Lead upgrades, patches, and technical enhancement work
  • Maintain technical documentation and best‑practice procedures
  • Support data migration and contribute to data quality improvements
  • Safeguard data integrity across all Finance systems

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud technical experience
  • 2+ years of team or technical leadership/management experience
  • Strong experience with SAP BTP (side‑by‑side extensibility, Integration Hub, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, security)
  • Solid understanding of SAP and non‑SAP integration technologies (CPI, API Management, REST APIs)
  • Ability to build and maintain Python applications, including AI‑driven automation for Finance operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a practical, hands‑on mindset
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes
