JOB DESCRIPTION:


•    Complete the department’s processes to ensure a smooth operation of our delegated activities on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis in the context of fund administration and transfer agent activities. 
•    While employed as an Officer you will have the opportunity to attend training to enhance your current skills and learn new ones as well.


YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:


•    Assist in the monitoring and oversight of delegated activities related to fund administration and transfer agency services.
•    Conduct a thorough review of the Net Asset Value (NAV) deliverables for the delegated funds, with the aim of ensuring a high level of quality. This process includes:
    Check the accuracy and consistency of all relevant data, including fund valuations, assets and liabilities, and income and expense calculations,
    Review the reconciliation of various fund accounts to ensure proper accounting and reduce discrepancies,
    Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as calculation worksheets, transaction records, and auditor reports, is complete and well-organized, for future reference and audit purposes.
•    Collaborate with various internal teams and group entities to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
•    Conduct regular reviews and assessments of delegated functions to ensure compliance with CSSF regulations and internal standards.
•    Support the preparation of oversight reports and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
•    Participate in the identification and escalation of any issues or discrepancies related to oversight activities.
•    Assist in the development and implementation of oversight frameworks and best practices.
•    Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.
•    Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:


•    You hold an academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics;
•    You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg;
•    You are fluent in English (knowledge of French or any other language will be considered as an asset);
•    You have a good knowledge of financial markets, funds industry and Alternative Investment Funds;
•    You have a high level of IT literacy, specifically in MS Office suite.
