Job DESCRIPTION:

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to assist and be the first line of support for our eFront users in the Region. They will also work internally with our Business Analysts to raise any issues that would require dedicated projects to be resolved. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead.

your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the first point of contact for eFront users
• Support the users through Business As Usual (BAU) requests
• Gather and Identify gaps in system usage & user requirements
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team regional lead and escalate any issues or concerns

Your PROFILE:

• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or IT.
• You are fluent in English
• You have good communication skills and are able to easily interact with users
• You are analytical and inquisitive
• You possess team spirit and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate)
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role will be an advantage
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
