The Senior Product Manager - Data & Integrations will own the strategic vision and execution of data products, datasets, and integration capabilities across Private Credit portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Product – Private Credit. This role is responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class data solutions that meet evolving client needs and market expectations. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new data sources to establishing robust data models, quality standards, and governance frameworks. This position requires deep collaboration with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure data integrity, traceability, and scalability while advancing integration strategies including API development and third-party system connectivity. This role demands a forward-thinking approach to emerging trends such as tokenization and AI-driven analytics, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data innovation in alternative investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Private Credit datasets and analytic capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client needs
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data sources, defining comprehensive data models, quality standards, and governance frameworks in partnership with engineering and business teams
- Support evolving client data requirements, including data traceability to source systems and emerging market trends such as tokenization and digital assets
- Lead data integration strategy and execution for Private Credit, overseeing data science initiatives and design principles for all related datasets
- Define and document standardized data elements and syntax to align with market expectations and support end-to-end enhancements in data processing and delivery
- Deliver clear and comprehensive data and integration requirements that enable efficient technical design, development, and implementation by engineering teams
- Collaborate with other product leads across Real Assets, Private Equity, and Private Credit, as well as data product leads, to ensure consistent and seamless client experiences for multi-asset strategies
- Oversee API development and third-party system integrations for Private Credit, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure connectivity
- Drive data standardization initiatives across Private Credit to improve consistency, efficiency, and data utility
- Partner with client IT teams on data systems, integration requirements, and technical specifications to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Establish and enforce data quality, governance, and security standards throughout the platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Measure and drive data product impact through clear success metrics focused on data quality, timeliness, scalability, and client satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- 7+ years of product management or data engineering experience, with a strong track record of delivering data products and integration solutions in complex, enterprise environments
- Deep fluency in Private Credit markets, including comprehensive understanding of asset class-specific data syntax, structures, and industry standards
- Proven people leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams of various seniorities, technical backgrounds, and functional expertise
- Demonstrated experience developing and evolving client-facing data dictionaries, including defining data taxonomies, metadata standards, and documentation that enable client self-service and adoption
- Strong technical understanding of data exchange mechanisms and integration patterns, including ETL processes, API design and development, and market-standard data connectors (e.g., SFTP, cloud-based integrations)
- Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and disciplined agile delivery approaches, with the ability to balance iterative development with rigorous data governance and quality controls
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills, with proven ability to navigate complexity, build consensus across technical and business audiences, and deliver results within matrixed organizational structures

Salary range: We offer a salary of $135,000 to $170,000+ depending on the skills and experience brought to the position. We encourage all candidates to apply and discuss the overall package on offer with our recruitment team.
