Here in Alter Domus North America we are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager on a contract basis of 4-6 months to join our Commercial Team.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct cold outreach via email (leveraging sales engagement tool), LinkedIn, phone calls, and other digital channels to engage potential customers.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles and target accounts using lead generation tools and databases.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and initial interactions to assess their needs and fit for our solutions.
  • Set up meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate lead information and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics, including response rates and conversion rates, to optimize strategies.
  • Nurture prospects who might not be open for immediate opportunities, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our solutions.
  • Assist the team in carrying out an added layer of research for open opportunities that materialize from warm leads to ensure a more tailored pitch
  • Take over and action Cold Web leads to assess potential opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

  • A strong academic background with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, house role.
  • You will have experience in Cold Outreach using multi channels (email, LinkedIn, calls etc)
  • You will demonstrate commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the Alternative assets industry
  • You will possess experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and other Sales Enablement tools (Outreach, Salesloft or equivalent)
  • Experience with using and leveraging Market Data Platforms like Preqin and Convergence is also an added advantage
  • Ability to setup effective cold outreach email templates and sequence
  • You will have superb organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands on your time with agility and tenacity.
  • You will be comfortable acting autonomously, confident in your decision-making and judgement.
  • You will possess strong interpersonal skills – influencing and building trust quickly with an ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with flexibility and resilience
