We are looking for a Depositary Manager to manage Luxembourg Depositary processes delivery from Lithuania, in line with the company strategy and resources in Vilnius office. Individual holding this role must have deep understanding of Regulated Funds lifecycle, regulations related to Depositary duties, great leadership and communication skills.As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Depositary preparation tasks delivered from Lithuania in relation to a portfolio of private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure Alternative Investment Funds;
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and internal procedures, with a focus on the following depositary duties:
  • Cash Flow monitoring;
  • NAV and Investment Restrictions Oversight;
  • Investment Recordkeeping;
  • Asset Ownership Verification;
  • Act as the first point of contact with the Luxembourg team for operational topics;
  • Ensure a follow up of any blocking points and the reception in due time of the preparation tasks;
  • Review the work performed by junior team members and coach them, escalate any issues to the Depositary Team in Luxembourg.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Associate, Bachelor or Master’s degree in a business-related field is a plus but not required;
  • You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience;
  • You have 3 years of relevant experience in the alternative investment funds industry;
  • You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong team relationships and to escalate in a timely manner, when appropriate;
  • You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset);
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel;
  • Ability to work on projects and migrate operational processes
  • You are organized, flexible, able to multitask and manage workload efficiently;
  • You have experience of working in an environment where you are responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day oversight of a portfolio of clients;
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills.

Monthly salary gross: from 3590 Eur
