JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Operations Team Leader, and working as part of the wider People Operations team, you will support the day-to-day Payroll & Benefits operations, including the administration of the Grant Audit process in Lithuania.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer the Grant Audit submission process, including preparing the required information and responding to audit-related requests and queries.
- Liaise with auditors and internal teams regarding Grant Audit documentation and follow-up requests.
- Support the day-to-day payroll administration and payroll processes, in line with established policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and related activities.
- Assist with payroll-related audits by gathering the required data and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with People’s team colleagues and payroll providers on payroll data, system updates and reporting.
- Maintain payroll and benefits data and records as required.
- Support payroll and benefits-related employee queries.
- Participate in Payroll & Benefits projects and activities as required.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a similar administrative, HR or payroll-related role.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Proactive and willing to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle confidential information appropriately.

Salary range: We offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 1650 to 2500 depending on the skills and experience brought to the role. We encourage all candidates to apply and discuss the overall package with our recruitment team.
