We are seeking a highly skilled, hands on and results driven Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our global onboarding processes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our global Talent Acquisition Operations team, with the focus of supporting wider Talent Acquisition function and creating the best-in-class candidate experience.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of People Operations and working as part of the wider People Operations team, you will be responsible for delivery of seamless onboarding process across organisation while maintaining excellent customer service. 

Specifically, you will:
•    Manage operations of our global onboarding function, ensuring alignment with business needs.
•    Continuously assess and optimize talent acquisition operations processes across regions, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to onboarding.
•    Work closely with the recruitment, people operations and other teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity and improve the overall candidate’s experience.
•    Create regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, providing actionable insights to drive continues improvements also identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance time-to-hire.
•    Collaborate with wider People Team to ensure onboarding timelines are tailored to specific local market needs while maintaining unified global processes.
•    Manage vendor relationship and support in contract re-negotiation process.
•    Be a key player in strategic People and Talent Acquisition projects, optimising the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to become a Super User. 
•    As the manager of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will motivate and develop your team, actively role modelling a culture of continuous improvement and service quality, managing day to day performance, and improving capability as necessary to deliver a best-in-class people operations team with clear objectives and career paths for the team. 
•    You will drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks. 
•    You will maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability. 
•    You will promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, clients and customers.  

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or people operations function within an international context.
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience of reviewing, diagnosing and transforming core processes using tools and technology to improve service delivery.
  • Excellent change management experience with a track record in transforming the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Excellent project management skills – a Six Sigma, Scrum Master or Agile qualifications gained within a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4000 EUR to 5000 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
