Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Finance Manager FP&A to join our Internal EMEA Finance team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee of monthly consolidated and business-unit P&L reporting and analysis
- Develop and communicate financial insights for enhanced performance conversations and actions
- Act as key business partner for annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting process alongside CFO, business-unit leaders, and the Alter Domus Group Finance team
- Responsible for the ongoing tracking of business performance vs. budget
- Aid with monthly business performance reviews, analysis, and commentary; Draft financial presentations for Group Executive Board and NA Leadership Group
- Track one-off items and add-backs for quality-of-earnings analysis and exceptional item management for purposes of reporting adjusted EBITDA
- Collaborate with the Alter Domus Group Finance team and serve as part of the integration work stream
- Promote consistency between EMEA and Group requirements while ensuring management-reporting capabilities are fit locally for EMEA
- Partner with the Controllers to ensure accuracy and completeness of the EMEA P&L for group financial reporting; and assist with ad hoc projects including profitability analysis, pricing, integration activities, new business cases, etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- 5+ years of work experience in finance/FP&A
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to create complex formulas and models in MS Excel with large amounts of data in various formats
- Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in all internal software applications (SAP)
- Solid experience with BI tools
- Self-motivated workstyle and ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team environment, consulting with team members and management as needed
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external parties, including Alter Domus Group Finance team
- Thorough understanding of key financial statements: P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop innovative ideas and creative solutions
- Intellectually curious drive, interested in aggressively learning and sharing new concepts and skills collegially and independently
