At Alter Domus we attract, grow, and develop Alternative Thinkers. The Alter Domus Academy enables our people to be their professional best, to become Alternative Thinkers. The Academy team is expanding, and we are looking for an Academy Partner who shares our passion for developing people.

The Academy Partner in APAC will facilitate in person and virtual sessions for global programs related to Onboarding, professional and Technical Skills. The Academy Partner will need to identify the learning needs, drive the design, development, and deployment of new programs; as well as review and maintenance of the curriculum. Knowledge and experience in setting up a Data and Analytics or technology organization will be a big plus. This role will base in India.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Academy Partner are to:

  • Plan, coordinate, deploy and review the onboarding training, ensuring new joiners have an outstanding experience and acquire the skills, knowledge and behavior required to successfully perform their roles.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of professional and technical curricula, in partnership with the business and SME’s (Academy Champions) to ensure content and methodology are fit for purpose.
  • Support knowledge transfer program, ensuring new employees acquire the knowledge required to support business activities migrated from other global offices.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and define the yearly training plan to effectively build capability and drive employee’s speed to competency.
  • Facilitate high-impact, interactive in-person, and virtual sessions.
  • Develop and lead training projects: provide clear timelines through all project phases, communicate with key partners and stakeholders, and set proper measurement for successful implementation.
  • Review, update, and improve current training content to reflect changes, updates to learning paths, and system releases.
  • Develop professional and collaborative relationships with Academy team members, Human Resources Business Partners, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor, review and take action to improve employee engagement, focusing on professional growth as a key performance indicator

Experience and Attributes

Preferred industry experience and professional attributes include:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Data & analytics/ technology corporations is required.
  • Experience in the training needs analysis, development, and facilitation of training
  • Agile and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Collaborative and thrives in being part of a team where teamwork is a pre-requisite
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor your message to the audience (trainees, department heads, vendors, etc.).
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - approachable with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in LMS/ LXP and ability to create e-learnings by relevant tools is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a similar field is a plus.
