Alter Domus is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager/Pega LBA to join our global Business Process Automation team. You will be expected to manage multiple projects of varying complexity/size simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope. This role will also focus on leveraging Pega Systems as the underlying BPA application to transform our business processes to deliver value to our clients and operations teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with the Lead Business Analyst to build a Forward Schedule of Change that supports delivery of the Business Process Automation Roadmap
- Responsible for developing and maintaining delivery plans to track progress and ensure resources are effectively utilized
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of issues that may impact delivery
- Responsible for the production of regular high-quality updates for your stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks and issues
- Collaborate with the Business Analysts to ensure business requirements are understood and ready to be translated into system requirements for the Development Team
- Actively participate in 'Amigo' requirements refinement sessions
- Work together with the Business Analysts to document system requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals
- Provide subject matter support during the Build and Test phases, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs
YOUR PROFILE:
- Technical Project Manager / Pega LBA who can demonstrate at least 7 years’ experience of working on high pressured Finance projects and articulate the value they added
- Previous experience of delivering process engineering/efficiency projects
- Previous experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
- Thorough understanding and experience of SDLC processes, but be able to proactively drive results over the line in a pragmatic way when needed
- Previous experience of acting as a liaison or interface between business users and technology teams
- Be able to understand complex technical concepts
- Be able to work with ambiguity and a minimal brief
- Be confident and able to take the initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
- Excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination
- Proven capability of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
