The Governance and Oversight Manager supports the development, coordination, and execution of governance and oversight activities across global operational teams.

Reporting to the Head of Governance and Oversight, this role helps maintain the governance framework, supports oversight committees, and contributes to continuous improvement of the client delivery target operating model.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, an understanding of regulatory expectations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in maintaining the global oversight and governance framework for operational activities, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.
  • Support Local Outsourcing Officers in preparing materials, documentation, and follow‑ups related to oversight activities.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and action tracking for Client Intake Committees.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and performance metrics related to the client delivery target operating model.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of regulatory filings related to operational delegation, working closely with Local Outsourcing Officers and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to monitor service provider performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between Service Providers and Service Recipients, ensuring timely follow‑up on issues and escalations.
  • Support the delivery of training and awareness sessions on oversight processes, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in governance, oversight, operations, or risk management within financial or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and basic regulatory compliance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare clear reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across regions and functions.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
