YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will work in the Corporate Finance team with the aim of supporting the Group and the Finance team on M&A, other key inorganic initiatives and “ad hoc” financial analyses for key stakeholders, including Cinven, Alter Domus’ new strategic shareholder;
- You will participate in key inorganic strategic group initiatives and support with screening M&A investment opportunities, completing due diligence, managing M&A processes and financial modelling;
- You will be directly involved in the preparation of presentations and memos to support the decision making process of the Chief Financial Officer as well as the GEB and Board regarding key strategic inorganic opportunities;
- You will be also potentially involved in the preparation of financial models, presentations, and memos with respect to:
- Financial and returns analysis of key group projects;
- Alter Domus’ 5-Year Long-Term Plan;
- Alongside the FP&A team, provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on financial performance, market trends, and peers.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Maths or MS in Finance, or a similar discipline. Beneficial qualifications or in the process of obtaining (e.g. CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA);
- 4-8 years of relevant experiences in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results, performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools. Beneficial previous experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Consulting or FP&A in Professional Services organizations; Investment Banking;
- Technical skills should include the ability to work with competing priorities and provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups, etc.);
- Your technical skills will include investment due diligence where you have evaluated group strategic projects or external investment opportunities.

- You will have excellent team working and organisational skills with a leadership mindset, being able to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and competing demands from internal and external stakeholders;
- You will have ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- You will possess strong technical skills and a high attention to detail;
- You will have strong communication and effective multi-tasking skills;
- You will have the ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders and senior management, supporting them on analysis for strategic decision-making;
- You are open to occasional travelling to our international offices.
