For our office in Vilnius, Lithuania, we are looking for a KYC Manager within our Client Lifecycle Management (‘CLM) department. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CLM KYC manager is in charge of newly onboarded clients KYC analysis and approval. Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Play a key role in clients onboarding approval processes;
• Work with senior management to develop CLM KYC approvals function and establish the process across multiple jurisdictions;
• Analyse clients KYC documentation and assess if profile and risk are adequately captured within the file;
• Decide if newly onboarded clients are within Alter Domus risk appetite and if they need to be escalated to Compliance;
• Participate in active communication between onboarding teams and Compliance to achieve a consistent approach for clients onboarding processes;
• Expand your ability to work with and across the team and form collaborative relationships;
• Increase technical skills and experience performing various onboarding functions, including the review of client information & due diligence/KYC documents;
• Manage the team through effective task delegation and training;
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the team members;
• Provide reporting and escalate any process improvement issue to management team;
YOUR PROFILE:
• You hold a degree in law, business, finance or economics (preferred but not essential)
• 5+ years of experience of working in Compliance and/or AML/KYC area preferably in Legal or Financial Services environment
• You have creative thinking when it comes to processes and their development
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of international legal entity structures
• You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
• Ability to confidently communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties;
• High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
• Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve problems.
SALARY: Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,580 EUR to 5670 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences
