Doug Hart, Alter Domus CEO
The story of Alter Domus is one of people coming together, across continents, integrations, and continued expansion. And since 2003, creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace has been central to our success.
As we keep growing, we are grateful of the strength that our diversity brings, but also aware of our responsibility to everyone at AD to provide a space where everyone belongs, and is valued, respected, and represented.

In collaboration with the Alter Domus Academy, our dedicated DE&I curriculum is available for all of our team members at all levels. The purpose of these trainings include:

Working together

DE&I Champions Network
Our DE&I Champions Network work locally across our offices to support our DE&I commitments, collaborating with our DE&I Committee and local leadership teams. Our Champions Network are also trained to provide support to colleagues and drive an inclusive culture across our locations.
Our Business Resource Groups
Our Business Resource Groups are employee-led groups providing support, guidance and development opportunities for global communities at Alter Domus.
The AD Women's Business Resource Group provides networking and mentorship opportunities for women at Alter Domus, and hosts client and internal events to empower and provide visibility to female leaders in the workplace.
Our LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group is a global community for LGBTQ+ employees, providing a space for LGBTQ+ team members to address issues that affect them, providing support across the community, and ensuring we remain inclusive for all LGBTQ+ candidates and employees.
