Our India story

Hyderabad became Alter Domus' 38th office globally in May 2023, following the acquisition of Solvas. Since then, our AD India team has grown to more than 200 professionals invested in the alternative.

Located at RMZ Nexity Towers in the heart of Hyderabad's HITEC city, our state-of-the-art workplace is designed for innovation and development.

A. A good candidate shows they can do the job while the right candidate shows they can thrive in the role, grow with the company, and make a lasting impact. It's not just about skills and experience; it's about cultural fit, genuine motivation, and the ability to bring fresh perspective.

A. Do your homework deep: Understand fund administration, alternative assets, and regulatory trends, not just surface-level company info. Ask smart questions that prove you've researched and show us why you want THIS role, not just any role. We value authenticity and passion over polished scripts. Curiosity and authenticity win every time.

A. Interviewers remember stories, not statements. The STAR format helps you explain the Situation, Task, Action, and most importantly, the Result. This makes your answers structured, confident, and easy for the interviewer to evaluate.

A. Show how your experience fits the role by giving examples of concrete situations and the impact you've made. Stay authentic, interviewers value honesty over overly prepared asnwers. Genuine questions are also a great way to demonstrate your interest.
