JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Learn to navigate and gain proficiency with both external software systems and internal proprietary systems to retrieve reports needed to perform job duties;
- Develop strong internal and external business partner relationships;
- Process documentation; including entering the appropriate information either by data entry or upload to the record keeping system;
- Provide high quality client service internally and externally, answering inquiries and resolving problems;
- Perform daily tasks covering risk and compliance monitoring, including OFAC, returned wires, bank inquiries, etc;
- Review and maintain policies and procedures;
- Produce and handle report deliverables (month end KPIs, templates, compliance reporting); and
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on-time while tracking and escalating any issues to the appropriate business unit.
Treasury Services:
- Manage cash balances and money movement requests (cash wires, book transfers, ACH) for Alter Domus’ Debt Capital Markets products and services
- Build, modify and/or review bank templates within AD’s treasury management workstation to support straight-through payment processing for growing Debt Capital Markets businesses
- Responding to business inquiries and requests via phone/email/instant message; escalating issues to relevant Supervisor and/or Debt Capital Markets business partner(s)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant work experience;
- Basic knowledge and interest in the financial services industry and operations;
- Responsive, friendly, and proactive approach;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to details;
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Skilled in independently researching and resolving problems; and
- Microsoft Excel experience
