Job Description
• Assist in the GCAC processing, MDM set up and securing of approvals (onboarding)
• Assist and prepares the various Regulatory Reporting (Luxembourg), Annual validation and tax return prep and Annual 143 Investment Audited Financial Statement filing (plus geographic investor breakdown).
• Organize and assist on preparation of board meetings, prepare board packs, minutes and scheduling/ Board resolutions and ACRA Bizfile filing
• Ensure timely preparations of the monthly NAV templates out of eFront, and the Set up and updating Statutory records on Blueprint.
• Manage Corppass matters of clients.
• Manage relationships with our clients, other related service providers, including auditors and tax agents., law firms, bankers, custodians, prime brokers and regulators.
• Perform due diligence on client matters with regular review.
• Tracks client’s request till completion
• Maintain up-to date client records with excellent document management skills.
• Any other ad hoc duties and tasks to be assigned.
YOUR PROFILE:
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration/business law.
• You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Any prior experience in financial services industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with BluePrint/ViewPoint/CAS or similar related software.
• Good command in English, verbally and written.
• You are meticulous, keen eye for details.
• You have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally.
• You combine the commitment to quality and the management of business risks with the ability to take initiative.
• You are independent and possess strong written and communication skills.
• You are able to work collaboratively in a team.
