Join our growing team as an Operations Governance Officer. As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for ensuring a robust governance of all operational teams within EMEA and APAC.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Operations Governance Manager, we are recruiting an Operations Governance Officer who will have responsibility for the support and maintenance of effective governance frameworks for Alter Domus Operations in EMEA and APAC – ensuring, as first line of defense, that business practices have the appropriate governance and risk mitigation controls embedded and that the governance frameworks reflect Alter Domus Group’s policies and standards. Specifically, you will:
- Perform various independent reviews on internal processes and report findings where necessary;
- Analyze review results to identify gaps or issues with processes, procedures, or training;
- Manage findings, review for clearing and prepare reporting for the teams and management;
- Assist the team with preparation of quarterly reporting;
- Assist the team with the coordination of the ISAE3402 Audit;
- Assist the team with monitoring internal incidents/errors;
- Assist the Operations Governance team with ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred;
- Few years of experience in Financial Services. Knowledge of Alternative Investment fund industry is a plus;
- Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail a must;
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- Excellent analytical and technical skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Bi is a big asset);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French is also an asset);
- Teamwork and collaboration;
- Audit, Risk or Compliance experience is a plus.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1750 EUR to 2500 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
