ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be a crucial member of a small team in Malta responsible for the legal support of a strategic client of Alter Domus in Luxembourg, you will be dealing mainly with:
- Drafting minutes from the transcripts/recordings of board meetings to accurately document the details of discussions and outcomes
- Reviewing and preparing all relevant documents in relation to the client;
- Assisting in the preparation of our clients’ board meetings and shareholders’ meetings;
- Assisting the team with ad hoc administrative duties.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a Legal or a Financial Services certification or related Diploma
- You have between 1 - 2 years in a similar background preferably in a Legal or Financial Services industry;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills;
- You are organised with an eye for detail;
- You have the ability to prioritise and to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- You demonstrate a reliable personality, focused on integrity and confidentiality;
- You are a good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information);
- You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong relationships and take initiative to act.
