JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Help coordinate and formalize regular dialogue with senior management - acting as liaison to different teams on client expectations.
- Acts as an additional resource supporting the relationship and key contact point for escalation or issue resolution.
- Integrated within day-to-day operational team to help ensure client needs are met. Works directly with management to manage continuity of the service offering.
- Coordinate with legal, implementation, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate execution of all documents.
- Internal advocate and technical resource for the client to help proactively address risks or services issues.
- Provides technical expertise across new or complex products / services and oversee the implementation of new processes.
- Monitor the quality, delivery and timeliness of the team.
- Contribute to the refinement and automation of workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5 years of experience in client service, investment operations, or loan agency services within the private markets space.
- Strong understanding of private debt structures, loan agency functions, and/or fund operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
