JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Help coordinate and formalize regular dialogue with senior management - acting as liaison to different teams on client expectations.
• Acts as an additional resource supporting the relationship and key contact point for escalation or issue resolution.
• Integrated within day-to-day operational team to help ensure client needs are met. Works directly with management to manage continuity of the service offering.
• Coordinate with legal, implementation, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate execution of all documents.
• Internal advocate and technical resource for the client to help proactively address risks or services issues.
• Provides technical expertise across new or complex products / services and oversee the implementation of new processes.
• Monitor the quality, delivery and timeliness of the team.
• Contribute to the refinement and automation of workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in client service, investment operations, or loan agency services within the private markets space.
• Strong understanding of private debt structures, loan agency functions, and/or fund operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
