We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the North America Recruitment team. This is a 12-month contract based in Carmel, Indiana. You can be part of a unique culture, a place that teamwork is encouraged, and hard work is rewarded.
We’re looking for a strong Leader who can support and implement recruitment strategy for North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the end to end recruitment process for specific role across different business areas and central functions
Working with hiring managers to create forward demand hiring plans to prioritise the recruitment of roles and the creation of recruitment plans to monitor and track progress against targets.
Conducting candidate interviews and contributing to hiring decisions and supporting candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Proactively building talent pipelines to attract and recruit different talent segments from graduates to senior candidates.
Partnering with global Talent Acquisition teams to design attraction activities to position Alter Domus as an employer of choice, understanding the successful channels and routes to market to directly source great talent.
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders, coaching them to act as talent ambassadors for Alter Domus and to support them to attract and recruit the best talent from a competency and capability perspective.
Creating and delivering training to support hiring manager process and decision making
Map competitor hiring activity trends and share commercial insights with the Regional Executive teams
Create recruitment strategies for key locations, building strong and sustainable relationships with business stakeholders with a relentless focus on process improvement, using data to drive insight-led decision making
Lead and support the North America TA team, driving key recruitment metrics
Oversee Campus recruitment program to enhance our early career offerings
Build and grow lasting relationships with target schools to develop college recruiting strategy, support pipeline development and grow internship and graduate programs
Develop and measure campus recruitment results through metrics and reporting
Analyze recruitment data and trends to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Filter and attend career fairs and events to build strong employer brand
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 years + leadership experience in TA / recruiting in an international context, preferably within a financial or professional services or similar sector.
Strong technology skills, preferably in SuccessFactors or a similar ATS.
A track record of executing at all stages of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation at all levels.
Proven technical recruiting skills, including superb direct sourcing capability across LinkedIn and/or similar channels with an ability to run sophisticated direct searches to target profiles.
Excellent IT skills across Excel, PowerPoint and Word including the creation of dashboards and presentations.
You will have an intellectual curiosity and a global mind-set, allowing you to partner effectively with agility and flexibility.
Personal resilience with the ability to flex between strategic and operational issues with agility and tenacity, driving change in complex and international environments.
Teamworking and partnership – you will drive collaboration across teams.
