YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will encompass executing standard KYA processes within the Know Your Asset team, utilizing established technology platforms, and following optimized procedures to maintain efficiency. You will provide foundational Client support and contribute to high-quality Asset Due Diligence experiences for Alter Domus Clients.
Specifically, you will:
- Conduct thorough asset due diligence investigations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Handle complex KYA cases, applying knowledge of AML/CFT regulations
- Identify potential risks in asset structures and propose appropriate mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of due diligence findings and decisions
- Support process improvement initiatives and technology adoption within the team
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
- Assist in developing and refining KYA procedures and training materials to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of KYA processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services/Fund Services, or related fields with AML/KYC background
- Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations and their application
- Experience with asset data management systems and compliance tools
- Adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements and industry practices
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and risk control
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Self-directed worker who effectively supports team goals
- Proficiency in standard office software and willingness to learn specialized tools
- Willing to work in EMEA shift
