Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the financial industry. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for eFront invest, a financial software application to manage closed ended fund activity, ensuring their smooth operation, and resolving any issues that arise. You will collaborate closely with our Platform Delivery team to diagnose and address bugs, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the overall improvement of our products. 

Responsibilities:
•    Provide functional and technical support for eFront Front Invest - via phone, email, and ServiceNow
•    Troubleshoot functional, data and performance issues with eFront Invest and its connected interfaces
•    Provide qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluate the feasibility of their requirements
•    Design and Develop new features, solutions, and interfaces in line with best practices
•    Document and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation 
•    Work with our larger IT team on special projects to integrate eFront into the larger AD ecosystem

Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years experience working in an application support role
· Knowledge of eFront Front Invest or other asset management applications
· University degree (master or bachelor) in IT
· Knowledge in relational databases: MS SQL Server
· Professional Experience with VB.Net, SQL, Powershell or Javascript languages
· Familiarity with version controlling systems (GIT, SVN)
· Experience with agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps)
· Highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork
· Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· You have fluent oral/written communication skills in English.
